Watermark are please to announce taking a 109 year lease of Keynes Country Park (effective 2nd January 2008) from the Cotswold Water Park Society. Watermark will provide fresh investment, ideas and management with the aim of achieving the potential of this popular inland beach swimming facility and family park.
The plans include improvements to catering, retail, car parking and on site activities to generate new reasons to visit and spend time in the park.
Watermark is keen to do this with sensitivity, not least because the park has been a public facility since 1969. The inherited stated aim is to ‘balance sport and recreation with conservation of landscape and wildlife habitats’ and this will continue.
